Datuk Zunaidah Idris
Datuk Zunaidah Idris serves as the Trustee of Yayasan Maritim, bringing more than three decades of leadership experience spanning the financial, corporate, academic and social impact sectors. Her extensive career includes senior leadership roles with Hong Leong Investment Bank and AmBank Group, alongside various advisory and industry positions that have established her credibility across both corporate and public-sector networks. Datuk Zunaidah holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, USA.
She is the Founder and Board of Trustee of the Women Leadership Foundation and a former Adjunct Professor at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). Apart from that, she is also the Advisory Panel Board for Malaysian Women in Energy, and advocacy group championing equal opportunities and gender diversity for women across Malaysia's energy sector.
Reform-driven and passionate about creating positive social change, Datuk Zunaidah is a strong advocate for inclusive education, women empowerment and social equity, bringing valuable perspectives on inclusion and community advancement to Yayasan Maritim.
